Dental Health Plan
Vista Dorada Dental of Gilbert, Arizona is pleased to offer a Dental Health Plan to help you and your family maintain beautiful, healthy teeth. This is not an insurance plan—there are few restrictions, simple eligibility rules, no waiting periods, and no claim forms to submit! You simply pay a reasonable annual enrolment fee and then get access to Vista Dorada Dental’s premium dental care at significantly reduced costs.
During each enrollment period, you and every enrolled family member will receive:
Two exams
Two bitewing x-rays
Two reduced cost cleanings for $35 each*
25% off all other Mountain View Family Dentistry services**
Payment for all services is requested at your appointment. A nominal co-pay of $12 also applies to each appointment.
* does not include advanced hygiene services such as scaling and root planning or full mouth debridement
** Except a) Invisalign orthodontic treatment, b) porcelain veneers, c) any services not provided directly by Vista Dorada Dental (i.e. orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, or oral surgery)
